This summer I presented a paper that discussed some of the initial findings from my  ongoing field work for my Phd  on anarcho-punk. I first had the opportunity to present it at the Pop Life Conference hosted by the University of Northampton in June. This was really useful as I had a chance to get some feedback from the conference audience and then re edit it in preparation for presenting it again at KISMIF, a 3 day international conference on underground music scenes and DIY cultures hosted by the University of Porto in Portugal.  Both times the presentation was seemingly well received as I got some really positive comments and  some very useful constructive feedback that has given me some food for thought.
