Clusta is an award winning digital creative company that has been in business since 2003 and represented clients such as Barclays, Kellogg’s and Toshiba. They have offices in Birmingham, London and Los Angeles and specialise in innovating in digital media design solutions. Our Knowledge Transfer Partnership with them is intended to develop a process for new product development in digital media, embed the necessary competences in an Innovation Lab and launch some astounding user apps.

A full-time ‘associate’ is embedded with the company with Dave Harte acting as academic supervisor. The project is on track to achieve all its targets and the associate has helped Clusta re-think its innovation processes so that they no longer simply rely on serendipity for their new concepts and instead have a clear route to ensuring all its staff can develop new ideas and help the company maintain its competitive edge.
